UAOR 5th Annual Green Adventure Race

University of Alabama Outdoor Recreation will again sponsor a sprint style adventure race at Lake Lurleen State Park. Here are some details…

DATE: Saturday, March 7th, 2009

CHECK-IN: Starts at 8:00 a.m., closes at 9:00 a.m.

START: 9:30 a.m.

COMPONENTS OF EVENT:

6 mile canoe (two laps of last year's course on the lake)
3 mile trail run
12 mile mountain bike

COST: $50 per team

TEAMS CATEGORIES (two individuals per team):

Male
Female
Coed

Go to http://urec.sa.ua.edu/ornews.cfm and open up the 2009 Adventure Race Registration Form or

Drop by the UAOR office in the top floor of the UA REC CENTER to pick-up printed registration form.
